Play Therapy

What is Play Therapy?
Play therapy is a primarily non-directive therapeutic approach that uses play and the creative arts.
It is aimed at children aged 4–12 and gives them the opportunity to express emotions, thoughts, and problems in a natural and creative way.
Within a safe therapeutic framework, the child learns to help themselves and to process the difficulties they face.

Story Play and parent empowerment
Story Play is aimed at older children and adolescents.
The goal is internal empowerment, enabling them to face everyday challenges with optimism and effective approaches.
My training in Filial Play Coaching and Circle of Security also supports parents, helping them to successfully manage difficult behaviours and challenges in raising their children.
The way we raise children and the time we dedicate to them is largely reflected in their behaviour.
